The tender concerns the turnkey organisation of an exhibition promoting Polish books at the Frankfurt Book Fair from 7 to 11 October 2026. The contractor must provide the exhibition from its own materials, transport the materials, assemble and dismantle the stand, equip it with furniture and equipment, arrange electrical and lighting installation, coordinate technical conditions with the fair organiser, print promotional materials, collect and return books, and transport the contracting authority’s promotional materials to and from Kraków. The award criterion is price only. The bidder must provide a bid security of PLN 4,000 and meet the experience and personnel requirements set out in the notice.
