Renovation of the operational-technical part and roof of the volunteer fire brigade building in Łapsze Niżne

Summary

This is a construction works contract for renovating the operational-technical part of the volunteer fire brigade building in Łapsze Niżne, including floor modernization, central heating modernization and roof painting, plus related roofing, drainage, ventilation, floor and heating works. The contract is not divided into lots and the only award criteria are price and warranty. A bid security of PLN 3,000 is required. The bidder must be able to prove at least one comparable building renovation worth at least PLN 150,000 gross in the last 5 years, and the winning bidder must later submit the site manager’s licence, chamber certificate, performance security and other contract-signing documents.
