Summary

The tender concerns surveillance services for the grounds and property at the Spa Production Plants and the Heritage and Traditional Spa Production Division in Ciechocinek, Solna 6. The service will be provided by one stationary-patrol post on weekdays from 15:00 to 07:00 the next day, and around the clock on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and other non-working days. The contract runs for 12 months, with service start no earlier than 15 October 2026. The only award criterion is price. A bidder must have a valid security licence, civil liability insurance of PLN 280,000, sufficient staff, and experience of at least two similar property protection services worth at least PLN 280,000 each.
