Summary

The contract concerns construction works to modernise the existing building infrastructure of the Special Educational and Care Centre No. 6 in Łódź and bring the buildings into line with current technical, construction and fire protection requirements. The work covers pavilions 1, 2 and 3. The bidder must be ready to provide evidence of relevant fire-protection construction experience, submit the required declarations and work with electronic communication. The selected bidder must also provide performance security of 5% of the total gross price.
