Thermal modernisation of part of the Municipal Office building in Mirosławiec

Summary

The contract concerns construction works for the thermal modernisation of the rear part of the Municipal Office building in Mirosławiec. The works include demolition works, replacement of the roof covering with ceramic roof tiles, replacement of the lightning protection system and facade works. The contractor must coordinate with the contracting authority and the owner of the third-party antenna mast, keep the office building and the police station entrance operational during the works, appoint a construction manager with the appropriate authorisations, submit the required electronic bid and declarations, provide a bid security of PLN 2,400 and provide performance security. The award criteria are price and the warranty period for defects in the structure.
