Reconstruction of the municipal road in Wolkowe

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for the reconstruction of a municipal road in Wolkowe, Myszyniec municipality. The contractor must build a 3.5 m wide crushed-stone carriageway over 1,330 m and shoulders on both sides, complete the required construction documentation and site organisation, and carry out geodetic services, as-built surveying, safety measures and handover documents. The contract runs for 2 months, no later than 31 October 2026. The award criteria are price (60%) and warranty/defects liability period (40%), with a minimum required warranty of 36 months. The bidder must provide a bid security of PLN 3,000.00, and before signing the contract a performance security of 5% of the contract price is required.
