Increase in the energy efficiency of the district heating system of Złocieniec – replacement of the district heating network

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for replacing and building district heating networks in Złocieniec in three locations: Pusta Street, Piłsudskiego/Mickiewicza/3 Pułku Piechoty, and Podmiejska Street. The contractor must carry out geodetic setting-out and as-built survey, occupy the site and road corridor, relocate conflicting infrastructure, perform tests and checks, supply materials, equipment, transport, electricity and water, and plant 5 trees and 10 shrubs. The works must be completed within 22 months from contract signature. A mandatory site visit is required. The bid security is PLN 20,000, the performance security is 5% of the gross offer price, the minimum warranty period is 60 months, and the award criteria are price and warranty period.
