Warehouse construction

Summary

The tender concerns construction of a warehouse with a steel structure, including preparatory works, foundations, steel frame, roof and wall cladding, floor slab, doors, external hardstanding and electrical installation. The contract is not divided into lots and the works must be completed within 80 days. The award criteria are price and the warranty and defects-liability period. Bidders must not be subject to exclusion grounds and must demonstrate at least one properly completed steel-building construction contract worth at least PLN 100,000 gross in the last 5 years. Supporting documents, references and, if relevant, commitments from entities providing resources must be submitted.
