Summary

The contract concerns maintenance and repair services for sanitary installations, namely water and sewage systems and central heating, at the Ministry of State Assets in Warsaw, together with the supply of the materials, spare parts and sanitary equipment needed to carry out the work. The contract is for 12 months, is not divided into lots, and is awarded under the lowest-price and quality criteria. A bidder must be able to prove relevant experience, provide at least two qualified plumbing maintenance technicians, and meet the document, declaration and equipment confirmation requirements set out in the tender documents.
