Summary

The tender concerns comprehensive servicing, inspection and repair services for the University Clinical Hospital’s company vehicles and ambulances. The contract is divided into 4 lots, each for 12 months. Lot 1 and Lot 2 are evaluated on price 70% and reaction time 30%; Lot 3 and Lot 4 are evaluated on price only. Bidders must submit offers electronically, in Polish, and use the required forms and declarations. The bidder must be registered in the relevant business or professional register and provide the required registration proof. Joint bidding is allowed, and the winning joint bidders must sign a cooperation agreement before contract signature.
