Thermal modernisation of the buildings of Centrum Zdrowia w Opolu

Summary

The contract concerns construction works for the thermal modernisation of three healthcare buildings in Opole, in three lots: Waryńskiego 30, Licealna 18 and Kościuszki 2. The works include insulation, façade and roof works, electrical works, photovoltaic micro-installations, air-conditioning, and in lot 3 also window and door replacement, damp-proofing, stair and paved-area repairs, and reconstruction of the heat exchanger room with automation and control systems. A bidder may submit an offer for one, several or all lots. The offer must be submitted electronically in Polish. The price is lump-sum. The award criteria are price 70% and quality guarantee period 30%. The minimum guarantee period is 36 months and the maximum considered is 60 months. The bidder must have civil liability insurance of at least PLN 1,000,000, relevant experience from at least 2 similar public-building works in the last 5 years, and a team including a construction manager, sanitary works manager and electrical works manager with the required licences. Bid security is required for each lot, and performance security is also required.
