Conference organisation

Summary

The contract concerns the organisation of two conferences for 60 participants each. The contractor must provide accommodation, catering, conference and banquet rooms with equipment, free parking and all services available in the chosen hotel facility. All services must be delivered in one hotel/building, without moving participants between separate buildings. The facility must be at least 4-star, located in the indicated area of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, and accessible for persons with special needs. The price is the only award criterion. The bidder must also meet the exclusion rules, submit the required declarations and prove relevant experience in organising a similar conference-type event.
