Roof repair of the Majdan settlement at inventory no. 110/758 – procedure II

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for the repair of the roof of the Majdan forest settlement at Majdan 1A, Modliborzyce. The work includes dismantling and reinstalling roof tiles, replacing roof windows, removing old membranes and insulation, repairing the roof structure, adding new thermal insulation, impregnating timber elements, installing new roofing membrane, chimney works, new flashings, lightning protection, ventilation works and related finishing works. The contract is for 30 days, the price and the offered warranty period are the award criteria, and the minimum warranty and defect-liability period is 60 months. The bidder must prepare the tender in Polish, submit the required declarations and documents, provide bid security of PLN 2,500, and later provide a performance bond equal to 5% of the contract price if selected.
