Supply and implementation of server infrastructure with backup software for the Municipality of Kleczew as part of the project “Improving cybersecurity in the Municipality of Kleczew”

Summary

The contract concerns the supply, installation, configuration and commissioning of server infrastructure and backup software for the Municipality of Kleczew, including virtualisation and data protection systems. The contractor must deliver two type I servers and one type II server, backup software licences, operating system and tool licences, implementation services, a 4-hour demonstration and technical documentation. The equipment must be brand new, manufactured no earlier than 2026, and the offer is evaluated on price and the warranty/defect liability period. The bidder must provide a bid security of PLN 3,000 and meet the experience, staffing, ISO and product-documentation requirements set out in the tender documents.
