Suspended ceiling renovation in the District Court building in Siedlce

Summary

The tender concerns renovation works consisting of replacing suspended ceilings in 14 courtrooms and in the corridors of the District Court building in Siedlce. The contractor must dismantle the existing ceiling system, install new ceiling tiles, relocate detectors, ventilation, lamps and related equipment, and carry out electrical and telecommunication measurements after reinstallation. The works must be completed by 10 December 2026. Participation requires civil liability insurance of at least PLN 1,000,000, two comparable construction references worth at least PLN 200,000 each, a qualified construction manager, and one person with electrical qualification up to 1 kV. The winning bidder must also provide a performance security equal to 5% of the contract price.
