Organisation and delivery of integration eco-picnics and sports integration events for third-country nationals and the host community under the project “Social, vocational and educational integration of third-country nationals”

Summary

The tender concerns services for organising integration eco-picnics and integration meetings for third-country nationals and the host community. The contract is divided into 2 parts. Part 1 covers eco-picnics promoting ecology, intercultural integration and social activity; part 2 covers comprehensive organisation of integration meetings promoting intercultural integration and social activity through sport, art, talents and cultural architecture. The bidder must submit bids electronically in Polish. The award criteria are price and quality/social criteria. For part 1, the bidder must show experience with two outdoor events of at least 150 participants each and a coordinator with experience from one such event.
