Renovation and modernisation of the gas boiler room for heating and domestic hot water in the building of the Institute of Sport – State Research Institute

Summary

The contract concerns the renovation and modernisation of the gas boiler room in the Institute of Sport building in Warsaw, including dismantling the existing installation and supplying and installing new heating, sanitary, electrical and gas-detection systems, together with the necessary construction and adaptation works. The works must be completed within 16 weeks from contract signature. The bidder should be prepared to provide bid security of PLN 5,000, performance security, and to meet the financial, experience and key-person requirements set out in the tender documents.
