Credit for advance project financing of municipal road reconstruction and fire truck purchase

Summary

The contract concerns a long-term loan of up to PLN 6,500,000 for advance financing of two municipal investments: the reconstruction of municipal roads Berżniki – State Border and the purchase of a fire truck for OSP Bubele. The bank must provide and service the loan until 31 December 2027, with disbursement in two tranches and interest based on WIBOR 3M plus a fixed margin. The only award criterion is price. The bidder must have a banking licence or equivalent authorisation, at least one comparable long-term loan service for a public entity worth at least PLN 3,000,000, and financial capacity or creditworthiness of at least PLN 6,500,000.
