Modernisation of the building for storing Civil Protection and Civil Defence equipment – Stage I

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for the modernisation of a building used to store Civil Protection and Civil Defence equipment. It is divided into two parts: Part I covers replacement of 9 garage doors with new sectional doors, and Part II covers renovation of external and internal walls, insulation, window replacement, a complete electrical and alarm installation, and installation of monitoring. The bidder must submit the required bid security, insurance evidence, references for similar works, and, for Part II, the required site manager and electrical works manager, as well as the technical documents for the aggregate and monitoring system. The award criteria are price and warranty period.
