Park renovation in Jerzmanki – Stage 1

Summary

The tender concerns design and construction works for the renovation of the park in Jerzmanki, including preparation of the full design documentation and execution of stage I works such as landscape revitalisation, planting, restoration of paths and installation of small architecture. Stage II is not included in this procedure. The award criteria are price, a 36–60 month warranty for the works and materials, and a 12–24 month warranty for plantings. To participate, the bidder must show at least one relevant monument-park project worth at least PLN 1,500,000 gross in the last 5 years and provide supporting references or equivalent evidence.
