Construction of domestic wastewater treatment plants in the Gdów municipality

Summary

The tender concerns design and construction works for 68 domestic wastewater treatment plants in the Gdów municipality under a design-and-build model. The contractor must prepare the design documentation, obtain the necessary administrative permits, build the plants, connect them to the sanitary sewer from the building, provide discharge of treated wastewater, electrical supply, and technical and technological commissioning. If needed, the contractor must also supply, install and start up a raw or treated wastewater pumping station. The contract is a works contract with a lump-sum price. The minimum warranty period is 60 months and the maximum is 72 months. The award criteria are price, warranty and the site manager’s experience. The bidder must submit the required declarations, experience evidence, and product documents proving compliance of the offered treatment plants with PN-EN 12566-3+A2:2013.
