Land development at Żwirki i Wigury Street in Nowa Sól

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for land development at Żwirki i Wigury Street in Nowa Sól. The works include demolition of existing surfaces, new paving, water and sanitary sewer connections, cable lighting, replacement and installation of lighting, a wooden graduation tower, a prefabricated public toilet cabin, clearing of an orchard remnant, a wooden boardwalk, park furniture and landscaping. The only award criterion is price. The bidder must provide a bid security of PLN 12,000, have at least PLN 400,000 in financial resources or credit capacity, and show the required construction experience from the last 5 years. The bidder must also submit the required declarations, references and other supporting documents, and the contract will require employment under an employment contract in the situations referred to in Article 95.
