Summary

The contract concerns the organisation and delivery of seven social-support events for around 100 people under the project to establish the Social Services Centre in Michałów Commune. The contractor must organise integration meetings, social campaigns and workshops, including Senior Day, Christmas Eve for older and lonely people, Chocolate Day, Family and Children’s Days in Sędowice and Węchadłów, Bee Day and an open-air cinema event. The price must cover all costs. The bidder must be an eligible protected-work or social-economy entity, or a unit with a social integration purpose, and must meet the 30% employment-rate requirement for disadvantaged persons. A coordinator with at least secondary education and 3+ years’ experience is required, and the offer is evaluated on price, the experience of assigned staff and a social clause.
