Adaptation of the premises of the District Court in Węgrów for the needs of a probation centre

Summary

The tender concerns construction works to adapt premises on the ground floor of the District Court in Węgrów for use as a probation centre. The contractor must carry out the works according to the project documentation, provide a minimum 36-month warranty, and comply with the requirements on materials, safety, waste handling, as-built documentation and work organisation in an operating court building. The offer is evaluated on price and warranty. The bidder must also meet the financial, experience and staffing requirements, submit the required declarations and documents, and provide civil liability insurance of at least PLN 100,000.
