Maintenance and repair of winter road maintenance equipment held by the Lubuskie Road Authority: Task 1 - RDW in Zielona Góra; Task 2 - RDW in Kłodawa

Summary

The tender concerns maintenance, periodic inspections and repair of winter road maintenance equipment for the Lubuskie Road Authority in two lots: Zielona Góra and Kłodawa. The work includes scheduled inspections before and after the winter season, emergency repairs during the winter season, bodywork, welding and painting repairs, and replacement of consumables and spare parts where needed. The contract runs for 10 months from signature, with an optional extension of up to 30% of the contract value. Bids are evaluated on price (60%) and quality guarantee (40%). The bidder must submit the required forms, a price form, declarations on exclusion and participation conditions, and, if applicable, resource commitments and joint-bidder statements. The selected bidder must also provide civil liability insurance before contract signing.
