Summary

The tender concerns recurring catering services for meetings organised by the Faculty of Civil Engineering of Warsaw University of Technology. The contract will run for 12 months from signature and will be performed on an ongoing basis according to each order sent electronically by the contracting authority. The place of performance is the Faculty of Civil Engineering building in Warsaw, or another place indicated by the contracting authority at least 5 days before the event. Partial tenders are not allowed. The award criteria are price (90%) and social aspects (10%). The bidder must show experience with at least two catering services for groups of at least 50 participants each and must provide the required declarations and supporting documents.
