Summary

The tender concerns construction works for the Struga Toruńska watercourse, rehabilitation of the Kaszownik reservoir and revitalisation of the surrounding area in Toruń. The contract is for works under the FIDIC Red Book. The contractor must carry out earthworks, hydrotechnical and road/construction-related works, employ workers under employment contracts for specified physical and machine-operation tasks, provide a bid guarantee of PLN 70,000, and meet the technical and professional experience requirements. The deadline for performance is 15 months from the start date, but no later than 31 December 2027; earthworks in the reservoir basin must be carried out between 1 October 2026 and 15 February 2027 in agreement with the Engineer and environmental supervision.
