Reconstruction and expansion of parking areas and landscaping around the Jarosław County Office building with photovoltaic shelters – Stage II

Summary

The contract concerns construction works for reconstructing and expanding parking areas, landscaping the area around the Jarosław County Office building, installing shelters with photovoltaic systems, and renovating the building façade on the north and east sides. The contractor must provide a site manager with the required construction qualifications, including authorisation to manage works on a listed monument or equivalent statutory requirements, membership in the relevant professional chamber and liability insurance. If required by law, other branch site managers must also be provided. The contractor must offer at least a 48-month warranty and quality guarantee, and may propose a shorter completion time than the 180-day maximum. Offers are evaluated on price, warranty/guarantee period and shortening of the completion time.
