Green areas as a natural framework for urban retention – creation of a pocket park at Piłsudskiego Street

The tender concerns construction works for creating a pocket park and green retention area in Kwidzyn. The contractor will prepare the site, remove selected vegetation and concrete remains, build a permeable path, install benches, waste bin, bicycle stand, bird and insect boxes, information and educational boards, a gate element, and plant perennials and shrubs. The works must follow the green protection standards, DNSH principles, environmental protection measures, a 36-month warranty, and 12 months of plant maintenance. The only award criterion is price.
