Renovation of the holiday resort in Dziwnów at Kościelna Street 35, 35a after the 2026 season

Summary

The tender concerns renovation works at the Zachodniopomorski University of Technology holiday resort in Dziwnów. The contractor must carry out building, sanitary, electrical and finishing works, provide site organisation, materials, waste removal, testing, as-built documentation and at least a 60-month warranty. The contract is for the whole scope only, with no lots. The bid is evaluated on price and warranty period. The bidder must submit the bid electronically, together with the required declarations and a detailed cost estimate, and must prove experience from two comparable construction works worth at least PLN 1,200,000 and PLN 800,000 gross.
