Installation of an air-conditioning system in the rooms of the historic District Court building in Ełk

Summary

The tender concerns construction and installation works for equipping the historic District Court building in Ełk with a complete air-conditioning system, including commissioning, testing and acceptance, as well as modernisation of the electrical infrastructure. The contractor must also replace the main power supply line, the main switchboard and the fire-related power disconnection system, and adapt the installation to current fire and electrical regulations. The contract is for one lot only, the price is a lump sum, and the bidder must attend a mandatory site visit before submitting the offer. The bidder must also meet the F-GAZ, experience and key personnel requirements, submit the required declarations and evidence, and provide the offer in Polish through the e-Procurement platform.
