Adaptation works for accessibility at the School Complex in Jankowo Dolne – replacement of floor coverings

Summary

The tender concerns adaptation works to make the School Complex in Jankowo Dolne more accessible for persons with disabilities, mainly the removal of existing floor coverings, concrete and self-levelling screed works, installation of new floor coverings with skirting boards, and waste disposal. The works cover 127.50 m² of flooring and 75 linear metres of skirting boards; stair surfaces are excluded. The contractor must also follow environmental and social requirements, including reducing pollution, noise, water and electricity use, removing and disposing of all waste and packaging from the site, preserving existing trees as far as possible, and reusing demolition material in agreement with the contracting authority. Offers must be submitted electronically, in Polish, and the only award criteria are price and additional warranty.
