Adaptation of rooms for the needs of CUS

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for adapting rooms for the needs of CUS. The scope includes demolition works, strengthening the roof and ceiling structure, partition walls, plastering, internal cladding and painting, windows and doors, floors and screeds, sanitary installations, heating, air conditioning and ventilation, as well as electrical installations. The contract lasts 3 months. The award criteria are price (60%) and warranty period (40%). The bidder must submit tenders electronically in Polish and provide the required declarations, references and staff lists.
