Summary

The contract concerns comprehensive construction works for the school building of the Opoczno County School Complex named after Stanisław Staszic in Opoczno. The contractor must carry out the extension, superstructure, reconstruction and renovation works, including sanitary, electrical and low-current installations, external infrastructure works, finishing works, equipment for vocational workshops and the documents needed to obtain permission to use the building. The works must be preceded by a site visit. The contract is for 12 months from signing, with price and quality guarantee as award criteria. The bidder must also meet experience and key staff requirements, submit the required declarations and documents, provide bid security, and later provide insurance and a performance bond.
