Construction of a warehouse for civil protection needs

Summary

The tender concerns design and construction of a warehouse for the needs of civil protection and population protection for Gmina Mstów. The contract is a design-and-build project and includes design documentation, permits, construction and installation works, and obtaining the occupancy permit. The bidder must have an architect and a site manager with the required building authorisations, and must prove experience with at least one completed construction work worth at least PLN 200,000 gross and with a building area of at least 100 m2. The bid is evaluated on price and warranty period. The contract must be completed by 30 November 2026.
