Culture rooted in nature – modernisation of the GOK in Puszcza Mariańska

Summary

The tender concerns renovation and construction works for the modernisation of the Municipal Cultural Centre in Puszcza Mariańska. The works cover building, sanitary and electrical works in selected rooms on the first and second floors, with a minimum 24-month quality guarantee. The bidder must be able to prove at least 2 similar renovation/construction works from the last 5 years, each worth at least PLN 200,000 gross, and must submit the required lists, evidence and declarations. The award criteria are price (60%) and warranty period (40%).
