Demolition of buildings under the management of ZZK

Summary

The tender concerns demolition works for nine buildings under the management of ZZK in Wrocław. The contractor must carry out site inspection and preparation, demolition, waste and rubble removal, site clearance and post-demolition arrangement, as well as prepare as-built geodetic documentation and obtain an officially certified map with changes. The contract lasts up to 90 days; the demolition itself may not exceed 60 days, and the certified map must be obtained within 30 days after completion of the demolition. Bids are evaluated on price, completion time and a social criterion. Electronic submission is required.
