Comprehensive funeral services – ongoing burial arrangements

Summary

The tender concerns ongoing comprehensive funeral services for the Ochota District Social Welfare Centre in Warsaw. The contractor will handle the full burial process, including formalities after death, transport and storage of the body, purchase of a simple pine coffin and basic accessories, preparation for burial, burial in a single grave, grave marker and religious symbol, and partial liturgical service. The main burial site is the Southern Municipal Cemetery in Antoninów. The award criterion is price only. The bidder must have civil liability insurance of at least PLN 100,000 and experience from at least one contract for comprehensive funeral services covering at least 24 burials in the last 3 years.
