Summary

The contract concerns the comprehensive organisation and delivery of eight social, recreational and cultural activities for senior participants of the Day Care Centre in Trzebinia: a generational picnic, full-day trips, cinema outings, theatre outings, swimming pool outings, Senior’s Day, St Andrew’s Day for Seniors and Carnival for Seniors. The contract is divided into 8 lots and may be bid for in full or in parts. The contractor must provide event organisation, coordination, staffing, equipment, transport where required, tickets, catering and compliance with the project rules and accessibility standards. The notice also sets experience requirements for each lot, requires a declaration on participation conditions, and includes exclusion rules under the sanctions legislation.
