Summary

The tender concerns comprehensive construction, renovation and installation works, together with furnishing, for the changing rooms and sanitary facilities on the ground floor of the Sports and Recreation Centre in Solec Kujawski. The works include demolition and dismantling, new wall and floor finishes, painting, HPL partition walls, plumbing and sanitary installations, electrical works, modernisation of mechanical ventilation, replacement of doors and radiators, supply and installation of changing-room equipment, waste removal and all finishing and restoration works. The contract lasts 5 months. Price and warranty are the award criteria, with price weighted at 60% and warranty at 40%.
