This is a works contract for the modernisation of an internal access road to agricultural land, in two sections of 395 m and 817 m. The contract is awarded under the open procedure with electronic communication only. The award criteria are price and the warranty period. The bidder must meet technical or professional capacity requirements, provide the required declarations and evidence, and submit the tender in Polish. A performance bond is required.
