The tender concerns the production of a comprehensive educational and informational animated film about the Słupsk Bioenergy Cluster and the Słupsk Bioenergy Island. The contractor must develop the concept, script, visual materials, 2D or 2.5D animation, sound and music, Polish voice-over, subtitles and final files, and transfer the copyright. The bid is evaluated on price and creative concept. To participate, the bidder must show experience in at least 2 similar animated films of at least 2 minutes each from the last 5 years and submit the required service list and supporting evidence.
