Summary

The tender concerns construction works for the current maintenance of forest roads in 2026 in two lots. Lot 1 covers the Stara Bircza–Zabereźki forest road and lot 2 covers forest road No. 52 Nowosielce Kozickie. The works include repairing road surface damage and surface drainage, such as filling potholes and ruts, trimming raised shoulders, clearing and restoring silted ditches, clearing ditch and shoulder strips, installing a transverse drain, and removing humus from turning areas and restoring their surface. The contract is awarded on the basis of price only. The bidder must meet the exclusion grounds and technical/professional capacity requirements, submit the required declarations and evidence, and provide bid security for each lot.
