Summary

The tender concerns a design-and-build construction project to adapt the basement rooms of the Municipal Kindergarten in Rusinów, in Gałki, into two independent emergency shelter areas. The contractor must design the solution, obtain the necessary approvals and permits, carry out the construction and installation works, supply equipment, commission the facility, provide training and handover documentation. The work must be completed within 3 months. The offer is evaluated on price and warranty period.
