Provision of a service for substantive assessment of application forms submitted by SMEs under the project

Summary

The tender concerns a service for substantive assessment of application forms submitted by micro, small and medium-sized enterprises that want to take part in a project, together with on-site visits to selected enterprises. The contract is divided into 5 lots by subregion. One Expert may be assigned to only one subregion and must personally perform the assessment work. The price is the only award criterion. The bidder must designate an Expert with at least 5 years of relevant experience, 5 training sessions, 3 enterprise analyses, higher education, and extensive consulting and innovation-related experience.
