Construction of supported housing in Malechowo commune

Summary

The contract concerns construction works for a passive multi-family residential building adapted for persons with disabilities, together with site development, a recreational shelter, parking areas, drainage, a water connection and related installations in Ostrowiec, Malechowo commune. The contractor must deliver the full works package, prepare as-built documentation, provide warranties, and carry out the works within 7 months from contract signing. The bidder must submit a bid security of PLN 20,000, prove experience with at least one similar construction contract worth at least PLN 1,000,000 gross in the last 5 years, and later provide performance security equal to 5% of the offer price.
