Renovation of bathrooms in educational institutions

Summary

The tender concerns construction works to renovate bathrooms in educational institutions in Brzeszcze, in two parts: modernization of bathrooms in ZSP No. 4 and modernization of bathrooms in ZSP No. 2. The works include demolition and dismantling, sanitary and electrical installations, finishing works, glass works, HPL cubicle installation, sewer stack repair and as-built documentation. The contract is awarded under a basic procedure with negotiations, and price is the only award criterion. The bidder must meet experience and staffing requirements, submit the required declarations and documents, and the selected contractor must provide a performance bond and post-contract cost estimate and schedule.
