The tender concerns the successive supply of fruit, vegetables, mineral water and other agricultural and horticultural products for the Social Welfare Home in Sieradz for 12 months. Delivery must be made on demand, usually within 12 hours of ordering and no later than the next day between 6:30 and 9:00, at the contractor’s cost. The goods must be first quality, fresh, properly packed and labelled in Polish, and comply with food-law, GHP and HACCP requirements. The only award criteria are total gross price (60%) and the time needed to replace defective goods or supply missing goods (40%).
