Park revitalisation in Tarnowo Podgórne – Stage II

Summary

The contract concerns construction works for the second stage of revitalising the 700th Anniversary Park in Tarnowo Podgórne. The contractor must price the works using the bill of quantities, carry out the works in line with the design, technical specification and tender documents, provide a 60-month warranty and guarantee, prepare as-built documentation in two copies, and indicate any subcontracted parts. The contract is awarded on the basis of price only. The bidder must meet experience and staffing requirements and submit the required declarations and supporting documents.
