Increasing biodiversity of the wetland area of the Gozdnica stream – Lubańskie Planty – Stage III

Summary

The contract concerns construction works to increase biodiversity in the wetland area of the Gozdnica stream in Lubańskie Planty, including pedestrian and cycling routes, wooden footbridges and platforms, park lighting, small urban furniture, planting works, water structures, and related maintenance of greenery. The contractor must also maintain the planted greenery for at least 24 months after commissioning, carry out maintenance at least once per quarter, and obtain the necessary archaeological and occupancy-related approvals or notifications.
